Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PrimaMen, operated from Jl. Braga No. 88, Sumur Bandung, Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat, 40111, Indonesia, handles personal data collected through primamen.co.id. It covers what you send us through the contact form, what the site records as you browse, and the choices you have over both.

Collected on this site
Information we collect
Two streams reach us: what you type into a form, and what the site records while you read. Nothing more is gathered, and no profile is built from the two together.
Contact form
Your name, your email address, and the message itself. This is the only personal data the site asks you for.
Fields you leave blank are not sent, and the form does not ask for a phone number unless you choose to add one in the message.
Direct correspondence
If you phone +62 22 429 9174 or write to [email protected] instead of using the form, we keep a record of that exchange so the conversation has a thread.
That record lives with the same correspondence file as form submissions, not in a separate place.
Automatic technical data
Our systems and those of our service providers may record your IP address, your browser type, the pages you open, and when you opened them.
This records how the site behaved for a visit, not who you are.
You can browse the guides on daily nutrients for men, the ingredient breakdowns, and the routine pages without submitting anything.

Selling data
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Our contact list is not a product, and it is not handed to advertisers.
If you write to us about a men's nutrient formula, a routine question, or anything else, the reply is written by a person at PrimaMen. What you send is used to answer you, and the envelope data that carries it — timestamps and delivery records — stays with our email provider.

We keep things as long as the task requires and no longer. If the reason ends, the record goes — there is no second shelf.
Sharing and disclosure
We share personal data only with the service providers who keep the site running — hosting and email delivery — and only to the extent each one needs to do its job. Those providers do not receive your data for their own purposes.
We may disclose information where Indonesian law requires it or in response to a valid legal request. If that ever happens, we disclose what the request actually covers, not the whole file.
PrimaMen is a small operation focused on men's nutritional support and the guides around it. There is no data broker in this chain, and no advertiser receives your email address from us.
Your rights and how to exercise them

Yes. Ask for access and we will send what we hold — typically a copy of your message and our reply, plus the timestamp that came with it. If we hold nothing from you, we say so plainly.
What if something is wrong or out of date? +
Ask for a correction and tell us what to change. We update the record and confirm that we did, so you are not left guessing whether the request landed.
Can a record be deleted? +
Ask us to delete it. Where no legal obligation requires us to keep the record, we remove it and confirm the removal. Where an obligation applies, we tell you which one and how long it runs.
How long does a request take? +
We reply within a reasonable period, usually after confirming we are talking to the right address. Requests sent to a different email than the one we hold take a little longer because we verify first.
Phone requests are welcome during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, on +62 22 429 9174. For anything involving a written record, email leaves a clearer trail.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and material changes are reflected in the text here rather than in a separate notice. Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
